Exit ticket maker

Create a short end-of-lesson check with repeated tickets on one sheet and editable reflection questions.

Make it yours

Changes the examples and printed instructions, independently of the website language. Your own text stays as entered.

One item per line. For matching cards or bingo definitions use word | definition. Maximum 80 items, 60 characters per item. Use 1 to 4 short questions. Extra questions are not printed.

Check the preview before printing a class set. Age ranges are suggestions, not curriculum claims.

PDF downloads directly. You can also print from the browser. Choose A4 or Letter and print at actual size. The PDF contains image-based pages so accents are preserved.

How to use it

Write two or three short questions, each on a new line. Choose how many tickets to print on a sheet. Give learners a minute to answer before leaving. They do not need to add names. Look for common questions to revisit at the next lesson; reflection prompts do not have fixed correct answers.

Adapt the activity

For an easier task, use fewer familiar items, a smaller grid and a visible word list. For more challenge, use definitions, add diagonal directions or ask learners to explain each answer. Test one sheet before making copies.

Use 1 to 4 short questions. Extra questions are not printed.
